Team Rudra took first place overall with Procurement Pilot, an autonomous agent that runs procurement for college mess kitchens. It checks real vendor prices, holds a hard budget, and switches to another vendor on its own when one fails. Built for Track 1, The Agent Hub, at the event organised by VetriaAI with SNIST.

Team Ace Azael took first prize with JAMES, a gesture and vision interface for the desktop: point at a target, pinch to confirm, and only allowlisted actions can fire. We entered under the Multi-Agent Systems & Collaborative AI theme, made the final round, and pitched it live to the chief guest and jury.

I built Basket Buddy alone in a day: a browser agent that learns a shopping site once and reuses the lesson. Blinkit took 6 attempts cold. District, a site it had never touched, worked on the first try, live on stage. Second place and a Rs. 2,000 cash prize, Track 05, Self-Learning Loops.

Procurement Pilot

An autonomous agent that plans, prices and orders supplies for institutional kitchens. The arithmetic is deterministic; the model only decides what to check next. Spent ₹1,333.20 of a ₹1,516.62 budget. When a vendor rejected an order, it picked another one in the same run with no human input.

Checks every row of an Indian bank statement PDF against the statement's own running balance. A break is fixed only when exactly one explanation fits; a missing transaction is flagged for a person, never invented. 24 generated statements, 39 injected errors: 0 rows wrongly marked proven. The same engine runs in the browser, so a statement never leaves the tab.

Antibody

Root cause analysis for microservices. It learns the dependency graph from traces, folds thousands of events into one incident, and ranks the likely cause with a confidence label. When the evidence is thin, it says so. 84-scenario benchmark: true root cause ranked first in 100% of clean runs and 84.5% in hard mode.

Basket Buddy

A self-learning browser agent for grocery price comparison. It writes what it learns about each site to a strategy file and reads it back on the next run. Read-only by design: no checkout, no payments. Worked across Blinkit, Amazon, Zepto and District. BigBasket blocked it, so it logged the block and moved on.

VELOX Study 01, the film

The VELOX site's own interface turns into the machine: its readouts become gauges, its lap bar becomes a lap timer. Then the car leaves the browser for a pit lane, a mountain pass and a circuit.

    A 12-hour Cardano hackathon with DraperU India and Ethames Business School. With Team Pragmatic I built Exam Guard, which puts exam paper hashes on the Cardano testnet. We didn't place.
